I've just been reading some of the reviews on here. I don't agree with anyone who has given a bad review. If the lady was rude to you, you were probably being rude to her, especially given the tone of your review. Rabbits are outdoor animals BTW, leaving a door open won't harm them. I go here for my frozen mice, it's the only place in town, without it I would have to travel to stockton. Keep up the good work guys
This pet store is a disgrace, they sell many products that are unsuitable including cages that are way too small for any animals to live in, they are well below RSPCA minimum standards. The animals are bred upstairs rather than obtained from responsable breeders, some of their animals for sale have even been used for breeding yet they sell them as pets still without telling their new owners. They cant sex animals so ended up with some accidental litters in store of guinea pigs. They keep rats in aquariums which are really harmful for rats as they have very sensitive respiratory systems. The old woman in the shop is incredibly rude , some of the younger staff are ok but their knowledge of the animals they sell is not brilliant, id consider myself knowledgeable in the keeping of rodents and other small furries , their knowledge is basic.
The owners may have changed and the name with it, but still a great place to shop. Simply Pets is value for money with friendly service.
Not much in there at all, no fish anymore which seemed to be the only reason people would go in. You see them walking in and walking back out. The rabbits don't look impressed inside their tiny cage and if they have their doors open on a cold say the rabbits are probably frozen. Not impressed with it at all.
Nice shop but a little narrow but they have a good selection of pet food for dogs, cats,rabbits etc.
Small & friendly store, with a good variety of products at reasonable prices.

Great selection of pets and pet food. We'll priced apart from the fish which are massively overpriced but great for supplies.
Gemma is always a 'treasure' to deal with. Her friendly attitude and courteous approach is refreshing.
Very helpful and friendly, everything you need for all pets.
