Great customer service. I had an issue with the pump I bought not fitting the filter due to hose sizes and Laurie helped me facilitate a return of the pump and exchange to a different type, all whilst price matching. What a great company!! Ordered a  pond liner  etc on line Sunday evening and it was all delivered Tuesday morning!! This is a first class service, if only other companies were this good!! 2 stars for actually delivering a product, as for the rest, the summer brochure prices don't match the online prices. Trying to shop on Android phone was a nightmare, upon eventually placing the order via my laptop for the alleged top rated pump and filter set, I get a call to say that the set does not include the pipe or hose clips???? Looking at other items, I found 3 price discrepancies between brochure and website. Overall user/shopper experience is very poor?

Ordered flexiliner and underlay which arrived the following day, used the online calculator but ended up with more than I needed as I stupidly didn't take into account the depth wasn't constant in my excavation as it sloped up from 0.8m to 0.2m but on the plus side the extra will do for my stream feeding into the pond and bog garden on 2 sides. 2 weeks after filling with water and no leaks. Good underlay too. Very impressed. Will definitely use this company again. Still a bit of work to do to get it dressed up and planted.

I have not actually received the item yet , but quick delivery for £4.99 . However I needed some advise regarding the self standing pond liner , very helpful . Answered all my questions gave me advice . So I can’t really see why be people are saying unhelpful . Will right another when I start using it
