One if not the best vet practice I have been too. They are brilliant with my nervous labradour and when we lost another of our other pets recently their compassion and kindness was amazing I cannot recommend them more highly

Words fail me really, it was so nice and gentle for my dog. She had a bloody lump on her ear and it was dealt with so well amd with love and compassion. Maybe I found the words after all.
Lovely team at Knaphill and great love and care for our pet.
I only visit hear to Maintain their water dispenser. Only issue is the entrance to car park needs a couple if convex mirrors for when exiting as you cannot see pedestrians coming until you're pretty much on the pavement.
Bad Service. Overpriced. Awful Appointment times Such a bad experience with them and really not helpful at all after they cancelled my appointment 2 hours before it was due after having it booked in for 6 weeks. We went to Voo Pets who are local and they charged us under half the price for a much better service and more flexible appointment times. Never going back to Pet Doctors, I’ve now registered both my dogs elsewhere.
Had to wait for 15 minutes in the car after the agreed appointment time to be seen but once the furry beast was taken inside for his microchip, he was back out in about 10 minutes. The vet was also very helpful and answered and questions I had. I would recommend them. Just don't expect to be seen on time as this happens most times a vet visit is required. Other than that, happy with the experience!
Small vet practice part of a much larger one but with the feeling of a more personal experience. Excellent vet, efficient receptionist, clean, tidy. Caring vet. What more do you want? Bit expensive, but in this world you get what you pay for!
Never had an issue. Lovely receptionist, fantastic nurses and a wonderfully kind vet. Would highly recommend to anyone on the area. 10/10
