As customer over the last year, my elderly cat started fitting severely today, was obviously very seriously ill (probably terminal) and in severe pain, distress and discomfort and yet the surgery would not offer an emergency visit. Instead the best they could do was an appointment 5 hours later! Left to find another vet to put her to sleep. Shameful.

Great vet surgery, cheap written prescriptions, friendly staff, great services available. They offer a free weight management plan for overweight dogs which is really good too.
