I cannot thank Alison and all the staff enough for saving my dachshund Delilah’s life after she was attacked by two Staffordshire bull terriers. Not only did Alison do an amazing job on horrific injuries, she and all the staff were so kind to a very traumatised me! They continued to be so lovely to us both. I cannot recommend them enough.
Understanding commercial nature of this business, I cannot agree with their approach. 20 pounds for 20ml of liquid paracetamol is proper con. On a top of that, doctor who tries to convince you that paracetamol is for dogs only so it cost so much. It is really abusive for intelligent people. Good advice - treating people like they are idiots was beginning of the end for many businesses - think it over. Stay away from them and you will be healthier. Answering your reply - please do not joke. Quick follow up on my review - my dog day after last visit @ Kingswood had to be put down. They did everything to take money from us even they knew he won't survive. They gave us false hope just to get money from us and extended my poor dog pain and suffering. It is disgusting how they do not have any respect or ethics to their profession. I really hope they will collapse as con company. Please beware they won't look to help your pet - they just need your money! They are proper con! I really regret I have ever met them!
Very friendly team and great location for local service. Very accommodating but found the overall skill set of vets quite young.
The kindest and most wonderful vets. They truly understand how much our animals mean to us, and provide outstanding care and treatment. Both our cats adore them, which is weird considering they go when they're sick, or for annual jabs! Highly recommend all three Kingswood Vets branches.
So far great experience for my kitten, we have had her since 12 weeks and Kingswood have done the check ups and the jabs needed around that young age, and she was also neutered with Kingswood. Nurses were great, answered all my many!!! questions and saw kitten for 2 check ups following the procedure, when her wound took a little while longer to heal than expected. Kitten is in great health and we are v happy with Kingswood for all visits so far! We also have their monthly plan that provides the flea and worming, and we get regular reminders to get these which helps.
Really sad to share how upset and frustrated my family was by leaving our lovely, very calm and friendly kitten for a standard X-ray scan due to vomitting and collecting him with injured leg with stitches and missing badly clipped nails.
Kingswood vets are outstanding! They saved our fluffy baby and have been so helpful, informative, and understanding not to forget how caring they are! I would and will highly recommend taking your fluffy babies to Kingswood vets, especially cats. I love how calm and quiet they are, along with how they have separated waiting areas for dogs and cats.
Helpful, reliable and friendly service. Really good with our dog who's been going since a pup. Would definitely recommend them
Couldn't have possibly looked after my baby any better, I can't be any more grateful for the treatment. All of the staff were so kind, he was happy to go and see them all at his check up appointments too and they all go the extra mile to come and see his recovery which means the world to all of the family
