Needed a replacement lower wishbone and ball joint after an MOT failure just after Christmas but before the new year. Very difficult to find any garage open. Took it and left it here and they called me just after 2 hours to collect it, all finished! Excellent service. Thank you!
I called in last week at 9am regarding a new battery for my 2018 Ford Kuga. The two young lads on customer service and battery fitting were great. They found the correct EFB battery and fitted it immediately so I was away by 10am.nOverall great staff, good selection of products at reasonable prices especially with Halfords Premium Motoring Club discounts.
Checked the condition of battery on my car, which showed it needed replacing. The gentleman did it there and then in less than 10 minutes. After checking the prices for a stop/start battery the price was brilliant too. Thanks guys. George didn’t catch the other gents name but he was very helpful.
I went to Worksop yesterday to do some shopping and when I parked I noticed the my rear wiper blade had split so I ordered a new one from Halfords and did a cick and collect and in under a hour I'd collected my new wiper blade the gentleman who served me is always very polite and very helpful and if I ever need advice of help is always very helpful thank you from a very happy customer I always will recommend Halfords
I was in today to grab a dashcam. Asked a nice guy on the way in about using the toilet so I could concentrate on my purchase and the fine details. He said there was one in the back, then asked the guy on the till about the details of the location. He didn't look up, he shouted back about how I needed to go to the train station. Lovely.nI had to leave.nThe guy didn't seem interested in helping out at all - even when it was obvious I was working with a sense of urgency. I understand policies but you can be kind to customers by choice sometimes, right?
