This review is for the totally rude gentleman at the autos customer service desk today, who having served a customer literally a millisecond before me, told me to go away to the front check out desk. All is wanted was a 2 second check on whether I’d picked up the right any-freeze at £20 a bottle. The store was virtually empty and the fact you couldn’t be bothered to answer a customers quick query was just poor service. And before you say, you were busy dealing with something else, no you’d answered a customer a milli second before me. If you can’t multi-task or deal with customers efficiently then your in the wrong job. Do something else. This to me is an ongoing issue I see all over the place in the UK at the moment, namely miserable inefficient staff who aren’t pro-active, positive and hardworking. The Americans manage it!!! Service with a smile!!
One of the worst Halfords I've been to they are often out of stock of items for weeks on end meaning I have to travel to a different store. Talk to staff and ask about it they couldn't care less... they should be doing more stock counts an ordering things before they fully ruin out disorganised isn't the word!
Not the best experience but it was resolved in the end.nnInitially ordered for home delivery, there was an error with the cart and the site deducted the money but i did not receive an order confirmation and took 2 days of communications to organise a refund. still waiting to receive itnnSecondly I ordered for in store pick up+/- 12 items. Arrived at the store , they couldnt find the order, then the order was handed to me... just 1 single item... After explaining an showing the full list of items ordered, they still couldn't find the order so they had to pack the order while I waited defeating the point of pre ordering for collectionnnAt the end of the day I got my items, but next time will probably order elsewhere.
My appointment for a replacement headlight bulb was at 11am. I arrived a few minutes early and by 11am the job was done. Liam was friendly, chatty and despite the bulb being in a very awkward position he had the job done really quickly. Thank you Liam and thank you Halfords. Definitely using you again next time.
Absolute fantastic service given by Dom! Was honest, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the Worksop store and will be returning.nnA great team nnThank you again Dom
