The service it self only took a couple of hours so I was very pleased with the time it took overall. However I did ask for the windscreen wipers to be changed but this didn't happen although I wasn't charged so nothing lost financially. I had also paid to have my windscreen treated and the following day it rained and to be honest I am not sure if my screen has been treated or not. If it has been treated then don't bother as it made no difference.
