The Team at Perrys Kia in Rotherham are superb. I booked my car in for Service online, I was able to select various options Service while you wait and drop off time and the process from start to finish was seamless. The car was cleaned off too which was a very nice touch. Adam and the Team are well worth a visit for Kia Service.
Was a bit anxious phoning them as I have never brought car from a dealership before. Mark from perrys was brilliant he listened to what I wanted in a car, when the original car I was interested in was not available Mark gave me all the available options to the spec I wanted. There was no pushy sales and made me feel at ease the whole time. Once I found the car I wanted Mark arranged me to view this and test drive it and went over all the paper work and worked to my budget. Mark kept me in the loop when I left the dealership to let me know everything that was going on in the back round and kept to his word for when he said the car would be ready for collection. There was no trying to upsell me anything or trying to get me to sign up for any extras. Any cars that I need now going forward will be from Perrys and as long as Mark is there I will be making sure I deal with him. I have already recommended to a friend to go visit him as they are thinking of getting a new car. Thanks for all your help advice Mark.
26/01/2023 - Paid Reservation Fee, funds left our account 27/01/2023 - informed us they have sold the car, paid in full, to someone who walked in this morning. After speaking with the manager to understand how and why, it is clear He doesn't care and the entire team have no duty of care to their customers. They are after the quickest/easier opportunity to sell and make their commission. Pity, Car Salesmen, they are indeed. If we don't receive our refund I'll be contacting the AA, RAC, DMV, Ombudsman and might the KIA Customer Services Department.
We took our car into kia for a service last week. We explained to Philip that we needed to be at an appointment for a certain time which wasn't planned and he went above and beyond to make sure we had our car back asap. Within an hour and half he rang and said it was ready. That certainly gave us piece of mind and stopped us from worrying about having to change or cancel our hospital appointment. Thanks very much Philip. I would 100 percent recommend these guys. Never cease to amaze.
I had a wonderful experience with Perry's Rotherham Kia recently. I wanted to replace my ageing Vauxhall Corsa and decided upon a lovely Peugeot 308. I absolutely love it I also want to give Mark the salesman a mention, He was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend Perry's Rotherham Kia for your next car. These guys are a joke. Went too test drive a Kia E Niro. £40k plus car. A sales assistant Shaun sees to us. We are after the level 4 which is the top spec and they are showing us the level 2. Which is the basic model. So after telling him I’m interested in the level 4 and not interested in this one but still want too test drive this vehicle. This guy then becomes pushy and sarcastic starts moaning saying “if your not interested in this vehicle then what’s the point of taking it for a test drive. Your wasting my time and yours and I’m on a commission based time”. This carried on for a few minutes and this guy Shaun wants me too pre order a £40k motor without test driving it but just checking the Kia’s websites and reviews. Then says “everyone else does it that way”. Just because everyone else does it doesn’t mean I’m gonna throw away my hard earned money without checking a product. £40k doesn’t grow on trees in my business. I’m selling my house I wish some one would buy it just by looking at a few well orchestrated pictures. Did complain to the manager but what a surprise the phone call got directed to Shaun who assured me that the manager was in a meeting and would call me back. 3 weeks later and still waiting. Bought a Skoda Enyaq instead. A brilliant car and wasn’t on my list 3 weeks prior.
