I purchased a used Ford Focus back in November 2017. Of course I expected the usual car salesman "pushy" approach, however the reality was far different. I was given a test drive and an honest review of the vehicle, and after some healthy negotiation left with a new car at a reasonable price. As far as used car dealerships go the sales and after sales experience has been significantly above industry standard.

I bought a ford focus nearly 2 months ago, the experience and service i received whilst purchasing the vehicle was fine. However on coming down to pick up the vehicle i noticed the service book was missing along with the tow bar cap on the rear of the car. I was told these would be sent out to me in a coupe of weeks. After numerous phone calls i was finally  told they had now arrived at branch and were being sent out to me in the post. That was 4 weeks ago now and still i haven't received anything. After leaving several messages trying to speak to the guy who had sold me the car, i still havent had a call back about this. Now on top of this the engine management light has come on and the car is only just 18 month old.! do not buy from this dealership, it may seem brilliant at first but the aftercare is awful.

Having not purchased a car from a dealership in over 12 years i was a little concerned to say the least. Having worked in the motor trade all my working life i didnt want any of the unneeded sales routine that quite often happens. After viewing a few cars at various places we found ourselves at Perrys Ford at Dronfield, our salesman called Justin. What a top bloke. Gave us the keys and told us to look round at our leisure, no hard sell in sight. Brilliant. Today we collected our new family member, A beautiful Blue Ford Focus. I cannot recommend this dealership / Justin, enough. The easiest, happiest, no hassle purchase i could ever have dreamed of. Thank you so much.

Bought a focus over a month ago and still waiting for missing service book. Thought I was buying a car from a reputable dealer but I was wrong. I've been told a pack of lies about the car and it's history. Felt very rushed and not valued when I collected the car. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, not a very professional dealer and I certainly havent been looked after.

Andrew dealt with our purchase. The whole experience was 1st class. He answered any queries we had about the car ( which wasn't many). He wasn't pushy or trying to be a typical sales man. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to make sure that the car was perfect for us. A huge asset to Perry's. Thank you
