Terrible location with rude staff member onsite. He felt like I was asking for his personal vehicle. This guy should be fired from that job as he does not provide correct details and is reluctant to provide any rental Info. He also charged me for an additional day and fuel charge when I indeed returned with correct fuel level. Do not rent here.

Great experience picking up but when dropping off. Little to no help with explanation of bill. Received it's not my problem mentality. By changing from a 7 day rental to a 4 day, it's the same cost and it was not explained to me. Give the customer a heads up, "I would recommend you just keep the car for 7 days since its the same price" vs "I'm an independent contractor, I don't own the cars, so I just follow what the computer tells me" Will not rent again.

We rented a minivan for our family vacation and were excited to go. We ended up getting a minivan that needed an oil change as well as a trip to the body shop! Not a good experience at all and will not be using this location in the future.

Was great so far. Was far cheaper than any other rentals i looked at. The vehicle was a new 2023 Suburban only down side was the interior was pretty dirty on pickup was full of smashed chips and chocolate chips on the floor in the rear. Would definitely use them again with out hesitation also only company i found to offer unlimited mileage on there premium vehicles.

Terrible location, I was given a car at Half tank, they asked me to return it with half tank... After returning the car got a surprise charge from the location because I didn't fill up the tank to full... Check your E-receipts from this location. I had to call customer service to get the $87 charge removed. Not worth the hassle of coming back to this location,  sucks because I use Avis and fly to a lot of airports.

This location needs more employees. If you have no issues with your rental and don't need to speak to the actual location then you'll be fine. But if you have to actually talk to the store about something good luck.  They never anwser the phone and you go to the customer service center. There is only 1 person working in the building on a daily basis that I know of.

The call center customer service is horrible. Employees read off scripts. When I asked for supervisor, I was told that there is no supervisor. One employee at call center hung up on me. I received different answers each time I called. The employees at the locations may be great, but I won’t use Avis again- ever.  This is only the second review that I have ever done, so that speaks to how horrible my experience has been with Avis.

I needed a vehicle when the hub went on my personal vehicle.  I booked on line with Avis Chesterfield, easy, I had to extend, easy, I picked up my car, the attendant was personable and it took all of less than 5 minutes.  The entire process was seamless and I got a great car with no headaches.

They accommodated our original request which involved a very early pickup - and then when state officials changed the timing of the competition we were coming up for - they further accommodated us changing our times, and made sure we were able to pickup at the FBO.  Great service by Signature Flight Support and Avis in combination. 11/10 will rent again here.

Absolutely excellent customer service!!!! I WAS an avid Enterprise Emerald member renter until I had my worst and last experience with the Enterprise Rent A Car off Long Road in Chesterfield. Long story short, I literally called this Avis location from the Enterprise parking lot and Chad with Avis saved the day. He picked me up from Enterprise and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. It was awesome! I’ll be renting from this location from now thanks to him. Chad absolutely converted me to an Avis customer. Bye Enterprise! Thank you Chad Ficken!
