We stumbled upon Perfection by pure chance and, even though they were very busy, the lovely Lisa managed to fit us in for an appointment. I was feeling a bit deflated about dress shopping, but Perfection changed this and I finally ordered one! We were served by Shellie who was both friendly and professional - I'd recommend anyone tired of dress shopping to seek her out! Actually, every member of staff we encountered was amazing. I even left with a hug from the designer of my dress and a sketch he drew of me in it! Thank you to all of the staff at Perfection! I look forward to returning for my first dress fitting.

As a plus size bride it's often really frustrating going into bridal shops and not being able to try anything on in your size. Shelley was absolutely brilliant with me and gave me the confidence to try on a range of dresses in different styles without being pushy. After giving up hope of ever finding 'the one' she pulled out a wildcard that I fell in love with and have now ordered. Thanks for a fantastic experience and making me feel like a bride for the first time. Fantastic shop with a great choice of dresses and lovely staff that aren't condescending or pushy.

This review is written by my wife!

I cannot fault the amazing staff at Perfection. They were organised, professional and friendly. On my first visit there they let me try on different dresses and didn't pressure me into buying one. I then left to try on others at different stores. The team at Perfection put me completely at ease and were so friendly (along with having the most stunning dresses) that I returned to purchase my dress from them. When my dress had a stain on it from the suppliers they weren't happy with the suppliers response and got a brand new one as a replacement. I don't live locally but this was never a problem. They were able to be flexible around my availability which was amazing. My dress fitted perfectly and I had so many compliments about it throughout the day. I would highly recommend the team at Perfection :)

Would not recommend the Maidstone Branch ,

After our visit to your shop on Saturday 25th March , I feel I must bring to your attention the disappointment that my daughter, myself and her bridesmaids felt.
Firstly on being asked her budget, she was made to feel inferior by the way we were told "you only have downstairs to choose from".
To make matters worse, we were not advised on the different sizes as the dresses are in US and not UK.
Once she made her selection of the 4 dresses allowed, we went upstairs for  her to try them on. Being a UK 12/14 in size is not overweight but was made  to feel that way as she overheard your assistants whispering the other side of the curtain that she was just too big, so not worth trying the other dresses and to take them back downstairs . She was not offered the chance to look again at any other in a different size .
She was shown only one more to try which was a little over budget, as we did say we would go, which she tried on, but did not like the style .she was then told, that's it , there are  no more for you to try .
The assistant seemed relieved when we said we would leave it and go back to another shop, which offered a more professional and personal service, and  nothing was too much trouble in assisting her in her choice .

I would have thought that assistants would try their best to help and assist  the Bride to be , when there is a more professional bridal shop a few doors away  !

I was not looking forward to try to squeeze in to a penguin suit for my son's wedding next year! But the assistant was great, even took a photo of me! Great to know that they can cope with the "fuller figure"
