Mostly disappointing. Obviously all brides wish to be a princess and on this occasion I decided to go all out - possibly for the first time ever! All though the staff were lovely. We came to many complications with my dress and the staff could not seem to get the fitting correct. The altering seemed to be an issue. To cut a long story short - I had a melt down close to the wedding due to the alterations going wrong. When we finally agreed... the staff still failed to notice the ill fitting dress and I was blinded by nerves and excitement! Come to the wedding I was told to tape a now 1700 dress to make sure it fits and I wanted a dress that fit like a glove! The tape didn’t work and the straps were falling down all day 😔. I did make the staff aware of this the day I handed it in for cleaning - I was simply asked for the price of the cleaning and that was that! My wedding was still amazing... but this really did let me down. Especially as I received no apology.
