I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. The atmosphere was calming, with soft lighting and gentle music playing in the background. The masseuse was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease as soon as I walked in.  During the massage, the masseuse worked on all my trouble areas, applying the perfect amount of pressure to alleviate my knots and tension. She also incorporated some stretching and joint mobilization techniques, which left me feeling incredibly limber and relaxed.  What I loved most about the massage was the attention to detail. The masseuse took the time to ask about any areas that needed more or less attention, and also checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience.  After the massage, I was provided with a glass of water and given some advice on how to maintain the benefits of the massage in my daily life. I left feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the day ahead.
