I’m new to Islington and have already found my new favourite place to eat! The experience at Pera Bistro was amazing, from the delicious food to the excellent customer service. The waitstaff was friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be coming back!Food: 5/5
Great service, the food is so good! Great variety in the menu and super allergy friendly. It’s rare to get freshly made falafel. I would definitely come again!
Went in to this lovely restaurant by chance as it was football, so all the places where we usually go was overcrowded with long wait times for food etc. It used to be called Cafe Gallipoli, but seems to have changed hands and name! It’s a big improvement, nice open and bright space with great food, service and atmosphere! After eating here will definitely be back! Already plan to go back b4 end of month!
Lovely food. Portions were a good size each. Fresh and tasty. Lovely employees from when we first walked in to when we left. Price is a little pricy but I’m happy I didn’t get bad quality food so it was worth it. Highly recommend. Have been wanting to come here a while. So pleased we did. Excellent Schnitzel. Best this side of Bavaria I’d say. The cherry on cake was garlic butter on the breadcrumbs. Coming back daily. You’ll see me hereFood: 5/5

We had a nice dinner at Pera, and it exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious, and the variety offered something for everyone. The owner was accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The service was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our group. We highly recommend Pera for both business and casual dining.
Delish Traditional Shashuka. Flavoursome, well seasoned with a smoky sweet flavour combo. Served with moorish soft fluffy fresh pitta. Breakfast combo incl. an oat milk iced coffee came in at £12.50 inc sc. Such a reasonable price and generous portions compared to the overpriced, loud, pretentious establishments saturating upper street . Pera is a well established eaterie, a relaxing place away from the noise further up the street, where you can relax, enjoy good food, and people watch.. Friendly welcoming service. I will be back
We came from Cardiff and tried this restaurant on the off chance as we had just got to London. The food blew my tastebuds away. Absoloutely outstanding, and tasty food. The food was succulent, soft, tender, and tasty. Nothing was dry or overdone. It was good authentic, home cooked food. It’s probably the best food I’ve ever had. I would go to Islington again just to have their food for either lunch or dinner and then head back to Cardiff - it was that good. Amazing food, friendly staff. Well done !
