Absolute garbage! Booked flights, received absolutely no confirmation whatsoever on my order which was over £2k. Received a call next day saying my flight wasn’t available at that price. Well what exactly did I buy directly off your website then?!? Total waste of time. Don’t bother. I should have read this first.
I us we Benz travel citrus holidays many many times I will be totally honest the holiday itself and the service received while away was excellent but ……. During covid we had to cancel holidays and we had to wait months and months for a refund They told me money was held until nearer time of departure but they still couldn’t pay me back I now have a ccj from them as they said they had refunded twice This ccj was over 2 years later and I had no notification of the court date We moved house and had post redirected for 6 months still we had nothing despite the fact they had my email and phone number When I found out I called them and queried the money they said I owed they were very unhelpful As the case had been heard in court there was kii out thing I could do it couldn’t be removed Had I heard and known about what they were doing we could have discussed it I paid the balance as I argued and argued but didn’t want a ccj on my credit score and they were most un concerned I will NEVER use this company again due to the way I have been treated They are ok as long as they are getting money in other than that they don’t care about their customers
Absolute joke of a company. Total crooks and fraudsters. Do not ever book anything with them let alone pay them any money! You will never get it back and they do not honour refund credit vouchers issued to you either.
By far the worst experience I have ever had with anyone. The lady who does my nails and does not speak a word of English is far more respectful and professional. We bought tickets which we had to change due to the pandemic and were given a voucher. We have decided not to travel this year due to having a small baby and called Andrew only to be told he left. I spoke to Roger who said the voucher was valid for 2 years and not to worry but something inside me said I should ask that in writing. Called several times and couldn’t get through to Roger when I finally did, he said to speak to James who said the voucher is only valid for 1 year and that’s it. I then asked to change it to next year, he said he will look and call me back after a few minutes. Never did. I called severally to the point I even forgot about it.. when I remembered and called again, his computer system was all of a sudden down! To date I haven’t had my ticket changed and could lose close to £2,000. I will be making a complaint about this company they are frauds
I wouldn't give this company any stars. Absolutely awful customer service, after miss selling us tickets to Australia using pressure selling techniques on dates we had specifically mentioned we could not fly on. Have now been waiting 2 weeks for a refund and it is nowhere to be seen. Avoid at all costs. Dodgy company, won't even offer me a refund receipt. This is not acceptable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BENZ TRAVEL. Booked tickets a month ago that didn't exist. When I rang the company to question why I had not had further communication from them they told me my payment had been rejected and it wasn't their responsibility to inform me. Now in a situation with 5 people and no flights available at the price I booked. Apparently now also, long haul flights are charging for baggage so they wanted more money from me to confirm flights. Refused to let me speak to a manager. Have now succesfully booked flights including baggage from a reputable company and the credit card I originally used was good to go so can't understand why this company had an issue. Rubbish communication and even worse customer service. They need naming and shaming!!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COST!! You will lose your more and be spoken to like garbage!! Absolutely appalling customer service, my return flight was cancelled and I found this out for myself they did not inform me I asked for a refund at the end of October and I am still waiting!! Customer service are extremely rude and aggressive over the phone. They keep lying and saying I will be refunded in 2 working days this has happened several times
Having used this company twice with no issues we booked orlando again in Feb and PAID for flights for Dec 16th THIS year.. Flights cancelled. I'm STILL WAITING FOR REFUND These people do not contact you, they do not CALL U Back They are Rude when you do call and When U point out that infact You keep telling me.. EDWARD will call back & Never does They start getting on the defence... I'd be more than happy to send the email messages I have from these people.. Over £2000 I'm still waiting..
My worst experienced these Travel agent bought our ticket because of pandemic I cancelled they took nearly half of my money. Then they couldn't give me back my money bloody a year waiting. I have a phobia to book in any travel agent. Thinking they will all the same. I need to hire a solicitor to help recover my money which every one need money this bloody pandemic.
its been a pleasure and nice experience to use benz travel to book my ticket the travel agent by name PAUL was very friendly and professional.he was able to understand my situation and he advice me the very best option. He done my booking very easily and have done the follow up after the booking which i have never experienced before with other travel agent.
