I used this company to have some minor repairs to my vehicle. They gave me an estimate which, although seemed very high for the work required, I accepted. There was no further communication from them before they advised me that the vehicle was ready. I was, therefore, somewhat surprised that the invoice was around 10% higher than the estimate. When asked why I was not given any explanation and no apology was forthcoming. The work does seem to be done satisfactorily but, based on my experience, don’t expect the final bill to be the amount estimated.

I took my C Class here after shocking service and prices at my local MB dealership. Julie & Mike at the front desk are brilliant to deal with and Pete and the mechanics are seriously good at what they do. Just had a B service and I can honestly say that my car drove away like it was new. From initial quote to picking up the car, I was informed along the way. I intend keeping my car for years and this will be the place where it gets its TLC. Thoroughly recommended.

The guys at Pentangle were incredibly helpful in tracking down a CANBUS issue that had been affecting my car for 6 months. Pete managed to locate a damaged wire and rectify the issue. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a Mercedes specialist

My GLC250 went in to have the rear suspension springs replaced. The Team at Pentangle were brilliant, from initial quote to picking up the car after the repair. Everything was seamless and they always kept me fully informed. Main dealer service and professionalism without the main dealer prices. Would recommend to anyone.

First time using Pentangle MB Ltd this week for a Major B Service and Auto Transmission Service on my Mercedes C-Class after they came highly recommended. Their service and attention to detail is second to none and frankly by far the best experience with a garage I have had in a long time! Having owned several Mercedes-Benz both New and Used over the years I have always historically used the main dealers. These guys are so helpful and professional with their approach they put the main dealers to shame. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are honest and upfront with pricing, also giving great advice and value for money. Just when I thought it could not get any better the car came back looking like brand new! Their valeters obviously went through the car with a fine tooth comb and it looked immaculate inside and out!  Big thanks to Mike, Julie and the whole team at Pentangle MB Ltd for an amazing customer experience! There is only one place my Mercedes-Benz will be going for servicing from now on! It goes without saying I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Positive experience, Pentangle worked through another dealer’s mistake methodically, explaining and showing me step by step what they were doing to correct the issues presented which were without question apparent to the team. I could have been a sitting duck in this position but Pentangle were very trustworthy and their experience shone though. I did choose to wait in their waiting room for the work to be carried out which took x2 hours and I came out very happy with just £57+vat paid for the work to be carried out and completed. My advice to you is book your vehicle in with Pentangle early because they are in demand. Brilliant team I’ll only use them from now on with my Merc I have owned for 8 years.

I've been taking my SLK to Pentangle for 8yrs. Throughout the 8yrs they have demonstrated and performed an outstanding service. Pentangle MB is an obvious choice for ensuring your car gets special treatment and a first class service. All staff members are happy, friendly and supportive, and it's a bonus if you need a courtesy car. They will go that extra to help you. Very good !

I have ESP incooperative & run flat incooperative , air bag incooperative, windscreen wiper stop working ,cruise control issues etc. I remembered Pentangle all of a sudden and contacted them .Explained the issues and fixed within a few days.They even found a structure issue which I didn't know and get it fixed with no charge under warranty. I can only say the service from Pantangle is first class plus and the price to fix all the issues is reasonable. Highly recommended to everyone who own a Mercedes.
