Office staff very friendly. Car came back with new bumper that resolved current issue and previous scratches. Car was also much cleaner than I left it. Very happy with the result!

Repair work very poor quality, failed to repair several parts and even the door would not shut, sent back for second time, better, but doors still out of alignment , trim falling off, windows noisy. Insurance company agreed that the work was of a poor standard after their engineers inspected the car. The car is now going to another garage for rectification. Very poor service and very poor quality, avoid.

Awful workmanship! Got the car without all work completed. Driver curbed my diamond cut alloys and I was then accused of lying. Car returned unwashed and inside caped in coffee. Stay clear of this two bob company and go to Motorcolor.

Found that they were not very flexible at all in organising the return of the courtesy car. They tried to act like they were doing me a favour letting me keep it until after Christmas even though I wasn't told until after Christmas my car was a write off

Very poor work carried out. They look like they tried to straighten the roof with a toffee hammer. Kept my vehicle for a week,  cross threaded a nut and couldn’t be bothered to replace it.

Had my Mercedes e-class repaired after some lady hit the side of me! Looks like it did when I brought the car new! Thanks again will always use this repair centre!

Very poor quality and service rude and acused me of lying once car was sent back for third time  insurance company ended up sending car to Renault for final repair avoid avoid avoidServicesBody & Trim

Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is terrible. Been waiting 2 1/2 months for them to estimate damage. Avoid at all costs

Good experience overall. The repairs took a bit longer then expected but quality of work and communication was very good.
