Excellent service, very thorough and good communication. The repair was completed quickly and all work was of a high standard. Term who collected our car was so friendly and explained it all to our grandson who was over the moon being involved. Jo was so helpful and friendly. First class service!

On my initial contact with Steer Southampton, the staff were very polite, offered to collect my car for convenience. I took the car down and the hand over was very professional, pictures were taken and advice given, through out my car being repaired I received text updates, on collection the car looked superb, well repaired and clean, overall my experience with Steer Southampton was seamless and efficient, well done! It's a rarity in this day & age.

My daughter had her vehicle in for repairs and almost all the staff were amazing, apart from one receptionist who was very rude and patronising. Can't remember her name, something like Marlene or Marion. Other than that, great service and the repairs were excellent. You wouldn't know my daughter had had a accident
I am so impressed with the service, being regularly updated on my vehicle. I was looked after by Marion Stafford from start to finish with care, kind consideration & professionalism. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience at damage assessment, vehicle handover and pickup following repairs. All staff were very courteous and professional. When waiting several staff passing by enquired if I was being attended to which reflected on their excellent customer service. I was kept in constant contact with job progress. Car had been valeted on completion and job finish was superb. I was extremely satisfied with Apollo.
What a brilliant service. Managed my repair very quickly as the damage to my door mirror meant the care was not safe to drive everyone were kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and they did a great repair while I waited.
