Had a general checkup appointment, clean and x ray. This was £77 which was rather dear in my view. Having had my teeth cleaned I showed the person I was with (thank god I did otherwise I would have had to have made another journey back) , who said it doesn't look like they have been done. That didn't please me so I went back in, and was seen again to sort it out(much better afterwards) Paying good money and a lot of it I do expect the jobs to be done properly, otherwise don't charge for them. In the past dentists concentrated on getting your mouth comfortable for you to eat, and caring about the patient etc, now it feels as if they are trying to make as much money from you as possible, everything leads to root canal treatment etc. Hopefully this will change. I am nervous now 😱😱

Pennypot Dental in New Romney have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. The reception staff are lovely and friendly and our dentist is so gentle and kind. They have seen members of my family in need of urgent attention and have always been professional throughout the years we have been registered with them. I would certainly recommend them (and I do)

The dentist is so patient and caring with me and my children. They offer fab private services and also take on nhs patients. I can’t fault them to be honest and would definitely recommend to all.

I have found this Dental practice to be very punctual and professional from the second you enter the premises. The Dentist are very understanding of your needs and treat you accordingly. There is no hard sell, just good professional advice regarding your dental health.
