Called an obscene amount of times this morning to be told there was an un holy amount of people at the door. What a joke!

Absolute joke. Go in asking for an emergency appointment with a doctor. All I get told by the receptionists is that there's no doctors to see you and that the surgury is closed for the next 2 days. Yet there were other people going in asking for appointments and getting them. Poor service to be frankly honest not the first time this has happened

Only gave it one star because the staff answered the phone. Very nice lady but was unable to give me the full name of her practice manager? ?? Well for the 2nd family member in as many weeks the GPs have let them down. Now in hospital unable to breath through a full sentence. SATS. Not checked at apt this morning HEARTRATE. Not checked at apt this morning Very basic stuff, takes seconds and gives a very good indication of what might be going on. Where is the duty of care NO nebuliser available.????? YOUR PPG and practice manager Should help you to obtain one, They could at least speak with your CCG or the respiratory team. All we hear is reduce hospital admissions and visits to A and E but surely that can only be accomplished if the GPS have the equipment and knowledge to do so . The recent CQC inspection is worth a read Caring & responsive Requires improvements? Well they got that right !!!

Phoned at 8am to make an appointment for my daughter. Couldn't get through, over the next 10 minutes I phoned back 13 times. When I finally got through at 8:10 I was informed that all of the appointments for today had gone and that the appointments for tomorrow would be released at 8am the next morning. When I asked how it was possible that they had all gone I was informed that there were people waiting outside the surgery who had been given the appointments already. The receptionist advised against coming to the surgery to get an appointment. However it appears that turning up at the surgery between 8am and 8:10 is the only way to get an appointment.

The best staff at the surgery is Clare always very kind and helpful and Linda who takes the blood and the nurse who done my ECG about 2 weeks ago sorry forgot your name. All of the receptionists who was at Dymchurch were very nice and we had a lot of respect for them. Gay was ok and the best Doctors that was at the surgery was Dr Smith who always gave you time to explain things and the only one who got my pain under control from my neck. and the other Dr who was also great was Dr Sharp and when Dr Kay was at the surgery who again was always so much more caring than who the doctors are now. All we ever asked for was support and advice on things and never got. Even after coming to the surgery with an advocate I had a list of issues that needed sorting out and I was promised things would get done and it all just went back to normal. The idea was for me to get my health issues sorted out as a lot of the time it was hard being Jo's full time carer so I put a lot of my health issues on hold like the severe pain of arthritis in my hands and the pains in my chest and down my left arm which I am still getting and today the pain in my arm is really bad it's got much worse over the past 24 hours. But as you know I can't just come to the surgery due to no one being here for Jo to keep an eye on her. I am getting about 2 on a good night 3 hours sleep every night and I am struggling so much with my health issues that's why I have gone onto having loads of herbal medication for me and Jo I have just been crying out for help but have been restricted what I can say without worrying Jo about my health. But anyway now that you have asked us to leave the surgery just for needing help and some understanding. I am burning out and so very tired but thank you to the staff I have mentioned for your kindness over the years and I am sorry for asking for help and being a pain. As you know I have said many times over the past few years about feeling so sick all the time and nothing has been done I am so fed up of feeling so sick all the time so I had an allergy test done and it turns out that I have a few food intolerances one being a high tolerance to hens eggs and a moderate tolerance to sheep milk not that I have it plus lemon and peas and a low tolerance to rice, cod and onions. I am just so angry that it has been up to me yet again to find out what is wrong and causing my issues after being ignored over a very long time. Why have you not listened when I have known something is not right please believe me I don't like having to keep coming to the surgery with health issues.
