Take a torch with you if you sit in the waiting area. Surgeries should be bright, cheerful places; not dismal, forbidding areas like this surgery. Only 2 lamps working in the overhead light cluster! Doesn't fill one with confidence.

The reception staff are wonderful but the phone is always busy, the online patient service does not allow you to book appointments, there are never any appointments available - you have to phone at 8.30 to book on the day. One or two of the doctors are exceptional if you manage to get to see them, but your chances are very slim indeed.

Great surgery. All the nurses and most of the doctors are ok. Phone always busy, it's difficult to get app but where isn't?

Doctors don't care palm patient off on others (you need a nurse you need a etc etc) 
Can't get appointment . Don't listen to your problems .
