Recently had a painful tooth infection which came on extremely quickly. Turned up unannounced and was seen and dealt with within 1/2 hour. Currently have various issue and my options have been explained to me clearly. Staff very approachable and efficient. Happy to recommend.

If you're an nhs patient forget it as attitude is much different to private patient and the dentist i saw was rude and obnoxious and patronising be easier to see a butcher

Never again. Quickly changed after 3 appointments and these all had problems. No issue with Dentist but receptionist writing down wrong dates for appointment so I turned up when I wasn't meant to, then the following time they claimed I had missed one. Receptionist put Thursday 4th, so I turned up on Friday which was the 4th. She meant to write Thursday 3rd. It was my fault apparently as she had day right even though date was wrong. Charged me for a missed appointment! NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible staff, the dentist took ages to find out I had a problem. It's not a very popular dentist either

Out of all the dental practises I've been to, Pennington is by far the best! The service is friendly and professional, and the staff are very caring and make you feel comfortable. My whole family now use Pennington, and I can't imagine that changing in the future. Happy to recommend Pennington to anyone looking for a new dental practise in the Southam area.
