Hello, I am writing as I am disappointed with the dental practice. 
Throughout my 8 years as a loyal customer I have not felt valued. You may ask why did I not move sooner? This is because my Children and wife also used this dental practice and it can be a horrible experience at the best of times so swapping and changing dentists didn't feel at the time like a good idea.  
During a recent consolation I have been refereed to another practices in Leamington for work. The team in Leamington where far more polite and a coma dating and made me feel that my needs where a priority. 
Old square dent practice made me feel like they were interested in taking my money for check ups however when it came to a more complicated procedure they could not ship me out quick enough to another dentist practice. 
From years of visiting the centre they still use a paper based diary, it's hard to get through on the telephone and they only accept cash which has always felt uncomfortable to me. 
I regret using this dentist and exposing my children to the staff as during a recent visit one particular dentist was rude and again unappreciative of our customer and the manner in which they spoke to my children is unacceptable in a modern retail environment. 
The old saying a customer comes first is non existent in this practice. 
The minimum score using google review is 2 star however I would not score the practice this high.
