Really horrible experience. The first time I went to register and last time I'll be going. Receptionist was rude and spoke to me in an horrendous way. I myself work in health care and would never speak to people like that. Insinuated I was lying about something even though I offered to show an email as proof - wasn't interested. Not at all child friendly, the whole experience frightened my already scared children (one with ASD). So have gone elsewhere to a friendly dentist surgery.

I couldn't rate this dental practice more. We had our first experience with Cederlea today and we were so chuffed, after a long and painful 12 hours. My partner was suffering with excruciating pain today, awaiting a route canal procedure next week. He is registered with a practice in Leamington spa which couldn't fit him in for an emergency appointment, despite 2 A&E trips in six hours. We rang Cederlea and hoped they could fit him in. Leanne on reception was amazing and instantly made us feel welcome and just a whole lot better after an awful 12 hours. She was so attentitive and made sure my partner was looked at as soon as possible. The dentist was so sensitive, caring, gentle and showed genuine care about my partner. We couldn't fault him or his practice, whatsoever. My partner joined the practice straight away before we left after being so impressed, and I will definitely be doing the same. Could not recommend this practice and the quality of care they provide more!

Bashan and his team could not be kinder, more helpful and informative. Best dental practice I have found in 6 decades! Thank you all.

No better dental practice exists in this region. Bashan and his team are efficient and friendly and will always go out of the way to help.

I had two fillings done and I did not feel a thing. They were very caring despite I was quite nervous, definitely a five stars dentist. Administratively, not as good. They expected me to pay to change my appointment, even if I called 24 hours before, also treatments are very expensive. I would say it's good for a one visit appointment but I would not follow a treatment here.
