After a couple of pleasant (but chilly) hours taking in the delights of Stamford and the grounds of Burghley House we were recommended this little eaterie by a neighbour who saw us peering at the menu. She was right. The bacon and scrambled eggs on buttered toasted wholemeal bread was delicious and we had a nice pot of tea (served in proper cups) in simple but very pleasant surroundings. The owner was delightful; welcoming, courteous and friendly. All at very reasonable prices. Strongly recommended.

Peaceful meal of quality, not too far to walk from the shops and a pleasant welcome with
Good service freshly cooked food and not long to wait for it either I enjoyed a lovely meal and it didn't break the bank. First class 
I will be going back soon

Visited 24/02/18....a warm welcome quick service & relaxing .. Knewed we where at the right place.... As we walked in a couple walking out was saying how  much they enjoyed their meal
