I usually go to the Stamford branch and can never fault it. Yesterday whilst out with a friend I went to Oakham. Unfortunately my Late looked and tasted awful. My Late was remade and was acceptable - not brilliant as Stamford. The surfaces near the drinks machines were dirty as well. If they had been run off their feet I could understand it but it was vety quiet. I think a lesson on front of house cleanliness and attention to the drinks they prepare is needed from Stamford. WELL DONE STAMFORD! Even on a busy market day you're good.

A standard coffee shop. Very pleasant staff. Dogs are allowed.. nice to see

I love Costa and this one doesn't disappoint. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The layout isn't the best to navigate especially if you have a pram it can get quite congested by the till and drinks area which you have to walk through to get a seat. Can get busy at times with no tables available. Has toilet facilities and complementary newspapers to read. Wi-Fi doesn't work which was disappointing.
