Robert and his team came to take down a very large and troublesome Leylandii yesterday. This is the third job they have done for me and it was carried out with the usual professionalism and efficiency. Their communication with me throughout was excellent, their quote was competitively priced and their attention to clearing up went above and beyond. I will not hesitate to book them again or recommend them to others. I note that one of the previous reviews was very scathing. I’m sure the writer must have made a mistake with the company as my experience and that of my neighbour who has used them several times, was exactly the opposite to the negative experience they described.
I've spent 25 years managing conservation programmes. I recently employed Penkridge Arboriculture to take out a very large sycamore in a challenging position. The team did an excellent job... very professional and efficient. They really do know what they're doing.
Thanks to Robert Keay and the team from Penkridge Arboriculture for the seasonal tree trim and health check last week. Rob has looked after my tree since he was newly qualified - a long while ago. Great job as usual, always happy to recommend them.
This company displayed an unprofessional and tardy approach when completing elementary work at a neighbouring property. Residual mess was left behind on private property and in the public highway, this caused elderly and infirm residents to clean up themselves. When called to address these shortcomings this business failed to return calls illustrating an evasive and untrustworthy lack of engagement. This was compounded by not communicating with simple courtesy when the work was completed. A company to avoid.
Rob and team, a massive thanks for another year of maintenance on our trees, hedges and general cutting back. Extremely professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very hardworking, can't recommend enough. Cheers, from us
