I am going to give this a 5 star. Experience was very unique. A made to order all you can eat establishment is a new experience for me.nnThe food was very well flavored but my preference was to avoid the lemon honey sauce as it was a bit thick and overwhelming to the other flavors of the food.nnThe Salt and pepper items where my favorite selection with the salt and pepper mushrooms being a great choice.nnThere where so many little touches like warmed rice bowls that just set it apart.
Really lovely food. Plenty of choice and all freshly cooked for you.nnReasonably priced wine and bar.nnMuch better than an all you can eat restaurant that serves buffet style. Lots of choice, freshly cooked for you. Fish and vegetarian options were lovely.nnService was attentive, helpful and friendly.nnNot high end Chinse cuisine, but great quality of standard fare.
Have been here many times and would always have scored high! Sadly last nights experience was terrible!! The restaurant had overbooked and couldn’t keep up with take away orders.nI booked a table for 6 people for my birthday for 530pm and was told the table was needed back by 730pm never normally an issue!nLast night we arrived at 530 and was seated and drinks were served. We then ordered a first round of starters at approx 540. We had to chase these up twice and they finally came out at 630! Over half of what we ordered never even arrived. We chased these up and only 1 ordered dish came along with a platter we never ordered came at 7pm!nPanicking we only had 30mins left we went onto mains. This took 40mins to arrive, 1 dish was stone cold and again only half of what we ordered arrived. By this time we’d gone past being hungry and the food itself was far from their usual standard.nWe requested the bill and I asked to speak to a manager as I was not happy to pay for the whole meal & service. We made an offer to pay for all drinks and 50% of the food which I felt was more than fair seeing as if we’d have had the food we had in a take away it would have only cost around 25% of this bill!nWe were then shouted at by the “manager” who then proceeded to swear at us in her own language. We were told we couldn’t leave until we paid the whole bill. Myself and my friend kept very calm in explaining why we were refusing to pay more money however this woman just kept shouting and screaming at us in her own language!! We finally agreed to pay another £20 my friend being way too kind in my opinion! and then left.nNever have I been spoken to in this way and will never return here which is really sad as we have always had great experiences previously!nWe were not the only ones to complain, most other customers were in uproar over the levels of service & standard of food.
Went for the first time yesterday for my daughter's birthday after being highly recommended. We weren't disappointed!! The staff were attentive and quick. The food was all piping hot and freshly cooked. The food was tasty, the chicken satay was fabulous! Really wish we'd tried the Yuk Sung which looked amazing but we were so stuffed we didn't think we could fit it in and have the main course!! Will definitely be back soon! Thanks for a lovely evening.
Just got home after having a superb meal at sizzling wok! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by very friendly and attentive waitresses. We didn’t book but they managed to find us a table. Very busy restaurant but wasn’t loud and the tables are nicely spaced. Food was delicious, we hadn’t been before and the menu and ordering system was explained. You can order as much as you like/you can eat. It’s all cooked fresh and tastes amazing! The waitresses were brilliant so calm, friendly and courteous zooming round making sure all the tables were served and happy.nThanks again we’ll be back!
