Amazing staff great quality embroidery

Because they are always behind on orders which is a shame having to wait for our child's clothes to come in.  where as the other uniform shops are not behind at all. Won't be going there again.

I can honestly say this is the worse business I have ever used before. My son has been back at school for almost 4 weeks and we still haven’t received our order. On top of that there has been no customer service or updates of any form. I will most definitely never use this business again!!

I have been calling them 8 times and it always says user busy i need to collect my order but i also need to call to check if its ready but they seem to always be busy poor service no lie‍

Absolute joke of a shop, chaos in there, terrible customer service, never answer the phone, don't respond to messages. Waited 7 weeks for 2 blazers. Went down shop twice and was promised call back and no one did either time. Gave up and got refund and went to Hargreaves and had them within 2 weeks. Will not be going back there again!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. One star off only because the shop is relatively small so when busy can be a bit of a squeeze.
