The customer service was terrible, particularly when returning faulty items. Both the staff and the store manager, Sophia, were extremely rude and loud, outright refusing to process the return. This is a clear violation of your return policy and an awful experience. By the way I left the item on the counter for them without getting my refund maybe the fat store manager can enjoy it on dinner.
New Store by B&q in Fratton popped in mid week, mid day whilst getting tyres fitted nearby, the area was surprisingly busy but I walked from the garage so no issues, got some items I couldn't get in Tesco's so a good result. Good range of clothing and household items spacious new store need to go in more often as it's nearer to me now.
Every Primark store seems to have the same number of people shopping but this one is by far the neatest and cleanest perfectly arranged products. It was like I'm at home. As per usual, queues are long but quick cashing. I really don't like the idea that some clothes were made from recycled plastic.
Low expectations so can never be disappointed. Service is usually ok but does depend on who you get. Queue time is always long, it's always busy. Stock is hit and miss but a good selection, you can usually find something to buy
What can you say, good selection of well priced clothing. This is a big store situated in the centre of Bracknell. Easy access for all.
Why not pop in have a look round such good prices and very helpful staff well worth a visit , you need to take a large bag as you will need it
Always get a good bargain, but always end up spending too much . Great variety of stuff and always stocked up great. Should do a discount for people who have travelled from the isle of wight. Just like student discount cards.
Nice and affordable clothes, the only issue if pants had bigger buckets.
Didn*t go in seemed OK from outside but dreadful centre it's based in with buckets everywhere to catch rain.
Amazing so cheap and Lovely staff and great prices
