I needed to change my Vans for a smaller size, I called them to check they had them first, they put them by for me and I picked them up later. I found both of the staff I dealt with on the phone and at the till so friendly and professional it made shopping there a pleasure. It makes a difference to the shopping experience when staff are so attentive…well done Vans staff
The shop was very busy on a Sunday bank holiday, However Aria approached me to offer help and was amazing, listened, understanding and finding what I was looking for with no judgement and a wicked sense of humour which put me at ease. Due to his amazing customer service and patience I ended up purchasing from the store instead of walking out empty handed and going online! Would also like to give a shout out to Azuka who served at the till, again great customer service and checked my VANS family rewards to use a discount - this I feel was going the extra mile for his customer during a busy day! Thanks VANS!!!

Went to the outlet yesterday to pick up new riding shoes for my boyfriend. ‘Vickers’ on his name tag approached me and was more than helpful and very welcoming. First class service never been disappointed nor walked away empty handed thank you!

Second time visiting whilst in the area. Found a couple of pairs I liked and was approached by a male member of staff within minutes asking if I wanted a particular size as he could check in the stock room. He got my requested size in both pairs, I then thought I had to choose as couldnt really justify buying both but then spotted the buy one get one half price sign!! Left the store a very happy lady. Great service and staff
Amazing customer service. Rang them with an issue with shoes I bought from another store, they sorted it and swapped them out for a new pair easily with great service.
Visited the store today, staff are very friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms are available - great disabled fitting room facilities; very spacious room, room for a wheelchair user, long bench to sit on, lots of extra handles, red cord hanging freely not tied up or out of reach, well done!. Will visit again.
Went in on the off chance and found a bargain … enquired about a different pair and Alisha was super helpful. Went out of her way to help was chatty and made me feel welcomed. Found my favourite pair and a very happy customer! Will be going back for sure.
