I am so delighted to have found Pelikan Online - Penny and Rachel have a passion for what they do, they source beautiful pieces and have them expertly restored. They listened carefully to my very specific requirements, found a lovely old sofa, sent me loads of fabrics and guided me all the way to giving it new life. I can't recommend them enough. Our sofa is truly one of a kind - no comparison with new, retro-style furniture: thank you so much guys, we will treasure her.

The sofa I bought is fabulous - definitely the best made sofa I have ever bought (and I've bought quite a few). The restoration work is excellent, not only is beautiful but comfortable too. The whole buying/delivery process was easy too - great customer service. Thanks Pelikan.

Quick to respond - keen to help - open- honest and accommodating. I wanted to know if the couch would fit through my window - they specced out a pretend window to check! I wanted a fabric swatch so i could buy cushions - they included one. I wasn't sure if i would be in labour the day of the delivery - they were open to a last minute change of plans. And the couch is LOVELY
