Clearly PBM Buildbase are doing very well and don't want my money! We visited their showroom a couple of weeks ago to enquire about a total re-fit of our en-suite bathroom, with a budget of circa £6k. We left 2 messages for the design consultant to call us and have head nothing!! Really poor customer service, and they clearly do not care about getting new customers! We won’t be using them for anything else in future and we have now got a number of better companies, that actually care about customer service providing us with some quotes to carry out the en-suite re-fit!
