I came to this hotel in a hen do party. I cannot tell you a bad thing about it: rooms were clean, water was warm, there were tea and coffee available, all the linens were spotless. Yes maybe the rooms need a bit of an update but for 7,50 pounds/night they were great. Food was excellent, warm and tasty. Staff was cheerful and helpful. The environment was easy going and happy. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place that is good for the price.
Fantastic place we absolutely love staying here. The prices are amazing 2 meals for £12 and the food is always excellent. The staff are great always friendly and entertainment top notch. You can't ask for more.
Absolutely amazing place. We stayed in the hotel for the 1st time and it was very clean and the staff are so friendly and made us feel welcomed. The food menu is top class and reasonably priced. Definitely going back and staying in the hotel
Very clean. Prices, very reasonable. A mixed crowd. It's always quite busy, various shows. A good atmosphere. I love going in for one or two drinks. I'll be back on my next trip.
A wonderful stay as ever! Easy, swift check-in to a lovely spacious room that was clean and had no issues. Wonderful entertainment on an evening that wasn't too loud it would keep you up if you were having an early night and cheap prices at the bar too! What really made my stay this time was the care and consideration when it came to booking, as a trans person, booking getaways can be stressful when bank accounts still hold deadnames etc. and after my card was flagged I sent a message explaining and received a phone call explaining they would push the booking through without any other issues and wouldn't use the deadname in any part of the booking. To have this courtesy is above and beyond and I felt really respected and grateful, so thank you all so much for that consideration. I'll be back very soon I'm sure!
I cannot put 0 stars, the rooms were not stated as smoking designated, they were that thick with smoke I couldn't breathe. The two shower cubical were covered in back mold, and the one shower tap or what was left of it was rusty. The one door into the bathroom was not even attached to the runner, and the floorboards were broken in both rooms. There were other issues to but suffice to say neither myself or my friend stopped in the hotel, and found another hotel at considerable expense to ourselves. We did speak to the manager to advise of the issue, but we left with no apology, and just told to leave the keys in the box on the way out.
My god. The sunday lunch today was to die for. Thick slabs of beef. Tasty veg NOT boiled to nothing. And what a portion. Totally delicious
We stayed for a few nights Brilliant hotel the food is probaly if not the best we have had in Blackpool lovely and fresh the entertainment is bang on and you can actually smoke in your room
Always one of our go to places when we go away. All the staff are so warm and welcoming. Brilliant stay as always
Very friendly staff and great entertainment and fantastic drink prices, we were totally made to feel welcome and valued... well worth a visit if you're in Blackpool town
