I have been coming to this shop for MANY years and Ill be totally honest. There is a lack of customer service with certain staff in this shop and always has been. I have been in this shop many times and have been left surfing the unattended tills on a number of occasions. Sometimes its obvious the place is busy but on a number of occasions, members of staff are standing and chatting with me in eye sight. I once left my stuff at the till and walked out, I don't have time to wait for the end of some social gathering in a shop when you want to be served. On one occasion I heard one of the members of staff assassinate a customer on the way out the door. That is totally unacceptable. This is the stuff customers notice and I am not the only one, clearly the first to leave a review detailing this though. Personal opinions and ego`s should be invisible to customers. B

Very helpful and friendly - just bought a bike for my OH and they saved us quite a few pennies - refreshing to see these guys help save you cash rather than take you for all you have like some other stores.
