Got my first roadbike from Nick at Hooked on Cycling. Everything from picking my bike to measuring and setting up my bike was very professional. I book my bike in for servicing every 4 months or so and my bike comes back functioning perfectly. It's my go to place when I need to pick up spares and bike cleaning kit. Highly recommended. When I purchase my 2nd bike I'm going to Hooked on Cycling to get it.

Tried to get brake pads from this guy but all I got was told how the gear on my Santa Cruz is rubbish, also asked him about suntour forks for my son and got told he would bin them if he did have them while his shop was full of cube forks. Wouldn’t  go back near the wee guy.

Well it's a long story but suffice to say Nick was an absolute gentleman and really helped me out.  He did more than I asked and resolved a difficult situation.  I have rarely come across a more professional and considerate service.  Highly recommend

My wife and I brought our existing road bikes for a Professional fit to improve riding comfort. Whilst I am no bike fit expert and have little in the way of comparison I believe the service was excellent. Detailed, patient analysis and explanation and no hard sell in the follow up. Good value for the time and knowledge. Their recommendations made sense to me and I look forward to trying them on the road/turbo. Depending on your biomechanics it may be relatively short say 30min, or up to an hour (approx). Due to the nature of the fit there is a lot of getting on/off the bike so it is easy to get cold.  So I'd recommend a long sleeve jersey during winter and possibly the shop could offer a cup of tea.  
The shop was clean, looked well stocked and was easy to park outside. What stands out to me was their clear passion, pride and personality that they have for the shop and cycling.
