The BEST customer service! Great options for all!

Best 1st and last experience of wedding dress shopping. The range of dresses was great, lots of different sizes too, so was able to get every dress on. The dressing room is well laid out, with a huge mirror and podium to twirl on. The staff as super friendly and catered to my own needs. 

Would highly recommend if your looking for glamorous treatment with personal space just when you need it. The staff treated me and my bridal party amazingly, listening to what we wanted and not what the staff wanted.

Got my kilts here for my wedding.
Was all good at the start then there were some problems like they added money in to my bill because someone made a mistake with my payment but it got sorted in the end.
My son got a kilt too and the shoes were different sizes so had to go back which was a hassle when I had such a big day to plan for.
One of the woman didn't know what side I should have worn my plaid so I sorted that myself.
We were told to go at 10am on a Wednesday morning  to pick up kilts and when we got there the woman said they were closed and didn't open till 11 but the times on the front door said 10 so that was another hassle.
Probably wouldn't use this hire shop again to be honest.
Only thing I can say is the kilts were really nice and I was happy with the price.

Terrible. Nearly ruined my wedding! The dress was the wrong size and the customer service was terrible. 

Despite ordering my dress one and a half years in advance, it arrived in the wrong size (for clarity it was ordered in the correct size). It was strapless and fitted. It literally fell off when I tried it one for the first time!!! The fitter was concerned as the shop had not allowed her enough time to fix it despite me coming in when advised. 

I was told that it was too late to get another and that it not been checked when it came in. When I complained they said that they would pay for adjustments but all adjustment (and one change) were already agreed in the price that I had paid. So the shops approach was to leave it to  the fitter who was a contractor and unfortunately she had too much work on (with the same store) to progress quickly. Also the shop refused to do the one change that had been included in the cost and wouldn't let me take the dress without paying in full (well with a £20 discount). 

By the time the wedding came around I still liked my dress but I had fallen out of love with it and it did put a damper on the day. 

The poor customer service also really upset me as: they left it to the fitter, I am not sure they would of confessed if I didn't know my dress size and notice, the manager didn't check in with me during fitting (I would have to go to the reception and ask for her), when it came time to pay the owner/manager hid upstairs and didn't come down to apologise or discuss a discount he just left it to the receptionist (who just kept saying we did pay a lot for adjustment but these would of been required if the dress  was the right size). 

Luckily the dress fitter was good at her job and fixed the dress but only after multi trips with long waits in between but not without ruing the experience for me. The final change was not don which meant my mum had to adjust my dress on my wedding day to make the buttons close properly. 

If you want your dress to be special and have a professional service do not go here.
