We take all 3 of our mercedes to this garage for various things that can be done by Mercedes but 10 times cheaper. We have taken my mums car here too. It's a genuine garage and will not rip you off. It's hard to sometimes take others opinion, but we've had all great experiences! In need to go again too...  mercedes are not as reliable as the garage

I was in town for just 5 days and KW squeezed me intro their busy schedule. My repairs were done timely and well.

I couldn't get a  simple quote for a hand brake fix.. I explained that my hand brake is stuck in the brake position so the car won't move and it's in the front drive of the car. If I get a rough price then I will arrange for it to be taken to garage by a recovery service. It's for a Renault twingo gordini 2011.

Have used K W Autos with all my vehicles over the last 7 years and wouldn't contemplate going anywhere else. Honest, Trustworthy and very professional. They dont make a bad cup of tea either.

I had a service in July and very friendly staff, the owner even knocked £5 off the original bill. I have used another garage in Felixstowe, there attitude was the reason I now recommend and use KW Autos. The fact it is opposite the beach is also a huge bonus, go for a swim while your car is being MOT'd !

Came to my rescue  last week after my car broke down and recovered me to their garage. Quickly diagnosed and repaired my car the same day. Thanks Ken and the team once again for all your help.

Mis-diagnosed as key fob/ immobiliser issue told to take car to colchester to dealership would need to be towed on flat deck... was simple fuel pump issue,  which I suspected myself.  went to another garage in town as it would have cost hundreds of pounds to get vehicle towed to dealership for mis - diagnosis ...I would have been pi**ed.

Blew my engine up and Ken kindly recovered it for me from a garage that didn't do diagnostics for free, took it back diagnosed problem for a reasonable price, and offered grief counselling for my sad loss of the car. Uneconomical repair.

I would recommend KW to anyone!  Wonderful service, reasonable bills. No job too small or too big or too unusual. Really nice guys who don't treat women like idiots
