Worst holiday in the way my family and I have had been treated. The rail staff were unable professional and the manner that the railway director Jackie Stratham dealt with my complaint was absolutely apporling. Very disappointed.

It has free parking on site. It's £8.50p for an all day ticket, there is 2 shops @ rowsley South station in Derbyshire, there's usually an on board shop, the staff are quite friendly, there's always events happening in rowsley South station in Derbyshire, it's a push/pull train, the main shop is @ Matlock Derbyshire, volunteers are always welcome @ £16.00 per person, they have auntie Wainwright shop @ the edge of the platform, group bookings is required.
