What a great find for yoga classes in countryside outside Bicester. Lovely setting and a very nice, clean facility and the instructor was really great. The class I attended is small, which is a treat compared to classes in the San Francisco Bay Area where I am from. I would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

"I came here with significant migraines. After GP's, MRI's and neurologies, none found the cause. I have been treated by Steph, who used a technique of reproducing and easing the headaches, managing to reduce them significantly so that it becomes way more comfortable! fantastic treatment at Pea Green from Steph the owner of the business, after months of not sleeping properly and waking with pins and needles in my hands Steph quickly got to the root of the problem and has sorted the issues in 2 visits! what can i say a full nights sleep and massively reduced pain, sure i have a bit of homework to do to finish the job 100% but this is proper hands on phsyio which works, NOT the mamby pamby stuff i have experienced before with someone of waving an ultrasound at you and sending you away with a list of exercises. If you are in need of a physio these guys are definitely the ones to see!
