I’ve seen many people about my back pain before and nobody’s helped me get better as much as Lisbeth did. After only going twice the improvement is insane and hasn’t been as pain free as I am now in years. 110% would recommend to anyone.
Had a complex injury which left me very immobile. Lisbeth was perfect for me, she was flexible and kindly came to my house to do treatment. She not only helped me recover physically from the injury but also gave me great advice about just getting back into normal life and routines which really aided my recovery in more than just physical ways! Could not recommend more highly!
The best physio I’ve ever used. Lisbeth combines outstanding technical physio with a holistic approach that fixes mind and body. I recently hurt my shoulder, neck and back playing rugby. Lisbeth identified the issue and gave me a great recovery plan that gave me time to heal but got me playing quickly. Some physios leave all the work to the client. Lisbeth shares the burden. Other therapists try to fix your problems without asking for any commitment from the patient. Lisbeth pushes you to get better. I do not hesitate in recommending Lisbeth.
Lisbeth is a trained and experienced physiotherapist with an engaging manner. I suffered acute pain for a long time from repetitive strain in my right arm tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis. After a few sessions of treatment, I had lost most of the pain and regained function of the arm, so that with gentle exercise at home I was back to health. Highly recommended.
I came to see Lisbeth in despair about an intermittent groin pain which over two years had defied diagnosis. She listened carefully to my recent medical history which includes a hysterectomy carried out six months before the pain began. Noting that this had been performed by keyhole surgery she suggested that scar tissue in the lower abdominal area could be the cause of the pain. The effect of two sessions of massage was immediate and amazing and apart from the odd twinge I have been pain-free for nearly two months now. By following the advice she gave about self-help maintenance of the condition I feel confident that I can keep it that way. I had more or less lost hope of ever getting relief from the pain which had been affecting my life quite badly. I am indebted to Lisbeth for resolving my problem and have no hesitation in recommending her as highly as possible.
Elisabeth is fantastic! I had a very serious fracture at my Tibia & Fibula, after her help i had a great recovery as in capable hands. A very nice person to have around and very safe during this COVID--19. I would definitely suggest to see her if you have any issue.
Having suffered from a frozen shoulder for 12 months, Lisbeth has been the one person who has meant I can carry on moving and therefore living. Through diligence, care and professional know-how, I am well on the way to feeling normal again. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Lisbeth is just the loveliest and genuinely caring person. She helped my teenage son and daughter with sporting injuries and soon had them back playing competitive sport.
