I love this vet, been an animal owner for 30+ years and when I've had to use them, I have. Best care and advice ever. I've paid other vet's, but never had the care and compassion than these vet's give. But please remember, they are a charity and reply on donations to keep giving the best care they do ,so all users, please, please , leave a donation so they can continue to provide the top rate care they do.

A truly excellent service when you can get hold of them - email and they do get back quite quickly. All the people that work there are real saints - a lot have jobs in regular vets practices too - so this is because they really care.  Please be kind to the staff and give as much donation as you can.  We do not want to lose this service for the pets in need.

Been a few times and not had a bad experience. Lovely staff in a busy and difficult environment.

Unfortunately my poor boy was so poorly so suddenly he had to be put to sleep. However, the vet and all the staff were fantastic. Thorough and efficient, very caring and sensitive

Would just like to say thank you for all u did for my boy Sam till is last days and how caring the vets are and how pleasant the reception staff are and always there to help  u all deserve a medal  x and for the support u gave me when I had to say goodbye him  x

Sadly my darling boy was sent to doggy heaven on Friday the 14th October. We were told on the Wednesday that my boy had mouth cancer and that he was suffering . We were utterly heartbroken and decided not to be selfish and do the boy proud. We had one last amazing beautiful day with Reggie before he left us. Dan the vet was absolutely fantastic with us all,he really took care that we were all prepared for what was to come, My Reggie fell asleep  in my arms on my chest while I kissed him good bye He was my heartbeat,my boy,my Reggie.xx

Nice professional vets and staff . Very grateful for all their help with my two dogs at various times . They do an excellent job in what can be very demanding circumstances . Well done everyone and thank you again

Tbh Very rude people works at pharmacy..The lady gave me medicine for £34 instead of £10which doc prescribedwithout telling me when I noticed the bill I went back and she was behaving really rude no sorry nothing. Don't want to give them even 1 star x

Went to emergency appointment yesterday at pdsa Bradford with my shih tzu Benji 12 years old unfortunately I had to say goodbye the vet was lovely caring and all the other staff were as well
