This shop was mainly all £1 £2 and £3 items with good multi buy deals on books dvds and cheap bric a brac. Good service, pleasant shop assistants.
So I went to this charity shop at 5:15 and the doors were locked. It closes at 530 the staffs excuse was, we're only volunteers. I had a bag full of clothing and there was a sign on the door saying urgent stock appeal... so I made it clear they're not meant to close until.530 and they came to the door and took the clothes. But wouldnt let me buy a stuffed teddy which I could easily see from the door. Worst customer service experience. Poor staff. Poor do to say the7re raising money for cancer. I drove from bd13 to bd1 to make it in time as I have family close suffering. I wish I'd of waited for another store to be open as I am appalled I've given them.over 300 pounds worth of my clothing granted it doesnt fit or I dont wear it.
They give refunds if you don't like products plus what more they have stuff for £1 wow
