After visit the cafe on the 30th September, I witnessed a member of staff shouting at the 2 employes who worked in the cafe. I had spoke with both ladies at the cafe, and both had been lovely and polite. The other member of staff who shouted at them in front of everyone in the cafe, about a broken candle I think, made the atmosphere in the cafe awful, witnessing 2 young girls been shouted at in front of everyone has changed my view of the store and staff. After the incident, as I was leaving, I heard the members of staff in the cafe crying. I often come to the cafe in asda with my daughter and the staff who have served me there have always been lovely, and one of the reasons I often revisit. I hope both members of staff from the cafe are OK and do not let this incident effect them..

Asda Living is a great place to shop for kids. The George brand is usually good, but on the expensive side, I think, for everyday clothing compared to Primark that sells similar quality.  However, they have some great sales, if you can catch them.

Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from an Asian lass with so much eyeliner on would have gone back to get her name but kids were with me  she had attitude and was very rude she throwed  the receipt at us .Asda George need to teach there staff how to behave with there costumer as they seem like they don’t know how to do this when I was on phone and said they are so rude this is what she did she started shouting so I shouted back but it continued so I walked off as I don’t do stuff like that in front of my kids she probably has been taught to behave like that but I haven’t incident happened 19/08/24 around 10:40 am if you want to look into it u probably won’t lost a costumer and will make sure my family and friends here about this I would of not even given 1 star

I went to the cafe with my toddler and two friends for breakfast and it was the worst experience ever!! I ordered two sandwiches, one green tea  and a fruit shoot for my child !!it was £15 ..it took 50 minutes to arrive.The toasts came burnt.IThe lady was so unwelcoming,I felt coming to a funeral not to eat!!the fruit shot in the fridge says £1,25 while she charged me £.1.40.I told her but she said that's how it is in front of her in the screen !!I asked if there is anything available other than Costa drinks she said no.then I realised there was green tea..I ordered it. The lady who served me was English wearing glasses. I went downstairs and raised a complaint to the asda manager and he said the cafe is run by a third party but couldn't find any information on how to contact them. That's why I put the complaint here I hope it reaches whoever is responsible for the cafe. From my side I will never go back again,same with my friends and family members!

Visited the café upstairs. Tbh. The high chairs are so dirty and one still had food on it where it’s put away there is food all over the floor. Very very poor cleaning. There was 6 customers so it’s not if there busy. Tables left with cups and food on them. The table I was at had food on it. Place need a very deep clean. Staff are friendly but standing around wile they could be cleaning tables. Will not be going back.  Update April 2023. I have since been back to see what has been done about it and you guessed it nothing it’s a mess. There’s no one eating there and the staff are not even bothered. Avoid.

Always busy on the tills so if you only got a item from upstairs you still have to wait in the que so maybe onen the tills upstairs too

Today I went to asda living forester square. I need help with finding some stuff and I ask asda staff for the help but the staff behaviour is soo rude and also manager miss behave with me. I request you to take action against your staff. Thank you

I like the range of products and clothing here and most things very easy to find and good value

Good prices for uniform. Cheaper than other places. Good service too
