Selling our house with PCM has been a nightmare! We have held our own viewings and re-written the entire marketing campaign for them. Which then went live with terrible spelling mistakes from their admin team. Within 2 weeks they told us to reduce the price of our house after assuring us it would sell quickly for more than advertised. Paying five grand for that, RUBBISH!

PCM were brilliant! Such an amazing and professional team. Very efficient and helpful. We as buyers, had the most pleasant experience with Lisa Richardson at PCM. She was chasing everyone on our behalf and constantly keeping us in the loop with the progress. It was such a relief to have her on our side. We would recommend PCM to anyone who is looking for great service in Hastings. The whole team at PCM has been communicating with sellers and buyers throughout and no information was lost in between. This is the 1st property we have sold in 26 years, and the team at PCM have done an awesome job of guiding us through it from start to finish. Took no time at all to get an initial valuation, and suddenly, 9 weeks later we have exchanged contracts! Absolutely fabulous job, if we weren't moving 200 miles away, we would definitely use them again. Highly recommend to everyone.

We have bought and sold from PCM estate agents no less than FOUR times!! We can honestly say that we have always had the best service from all of the team. Shane and Blake, the senior ,directors, and the whole team all work together very well. They all know about all of the sales and are very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.We were always kept up to date with the progress and made it a very smooth journey. We used PCM to sell our last property and have used PCM to sell our current property, they are always helpful and efficient. Our current property didn't even hit the market and they already had a viewing lined up, which then led to an offer! We are now in the process of buying a property through them, so they managed to sell ours and buy another on the same day before it had hit the market!! Fingers crossed the process now runs smoothly, but it always has in the past. Thanks everyone at PCM!

PCM managed to sell our flat within 9 days of it being back on the market after loosing our previous buyer at point of exchange. Sometimes communication could have been a little better, hence the four stars. But over all, we were very pleased with our service from PCM everyone we spoke to and dealt with was very friendly. We also found that when searching for properties PCM had the most houses within our price range and choice of area. We liked how when viewing houses that were for sale with PCM, Dan would always remain quiet and let us look around and any questions we wanted answering he would always get someone to get back to us if he didn’t know the answer or the sellers weren’t there to ask. THANKYOU PCM for helping us to sell our property!

I just bought my first home through PCM, specifically using Tom Davies. As a first time buyer it was quite nerve racking but Tom made the process so easy, he answered all my questions and let me see the property multiple times so I could be sure on my decision!
