My wife and I rented our first house in the UK with Fox & Sons. We are extremely thankful to the whole team for their assistance and support. Since this was our first experience renting a home in a new country, we had many questions. Daniel and Alfie made the entire process very clear and pleasant, from viewing the house to receiving the keys. We have been living in our new home for a week now, and every day we remember our agents with gratitude for helping to make our dream come true. As first time buyers, my partner and I were completely clueless when making the huge decision to buy a house. We booked a viewing through Fox and Sons, who recommended a meeting with their in house mortgage advisor, Danielle. We are so glad we took them up on this offer, Danielle is a fountain of knowledge, who puts otherwise complex and confusing information across in terms that are easy to understand. Having spoken to a couple of other advisors who would only deal with us via text or telephone call, it was a breath of fresh air to be introduced to someone who could meet us in person. Danielle has put us at ease every step of the way - no question is too silly. She’s done all the leg work and helped with everything, finding the right deals for us, and all the additional things you don’t think about. We would highly recommend her and feel so lucky to have found her. A proactive and helpful lady who has the ability to make you feel as though you’ve been friends for years! Danielle has changed this process from being daunting and scary to being fun and exciting, we can’t thank her enough!
