Excellent estate agents, bought my first Hastings property from them. They were knowledgeable helpful and patient.

Since we decided to move to Hastings, our interaction with Just Property has been exemplary. The team are warm, approachable and highly professional. Colin's expertise and advice were especially invaluable, and I'm forever grateful to him for his help in getting us into our perfect family home. Austin and Shannon were incredibly helpful and detailed in what we need to do with our house in order to get the best sale price. They told us where to spend a little and improve areas of the house and garden that would give us a great return on the small improvements, and also advised us that some of the work we thought would be necessary wouldn't actually improve the price or sale ability and therefore would not be worth doing. When looking at houses to buy, Austin even arranged for an architect to help us evaluate whether a we could add to a prospective house in order to create an accessible annex for my mother in law - amazing service that I haven't come across elsewhere. Highly recommend whether you're buying or selling.

Just properties has helped us buy and sell multiple houses in the past. they are always extremely friendly, helpful, thorough and efficient! I want to give a special thanks to Austin Grout who has been helping us through the valuation of our property. he is friendly, easy going, proffessional and listens to you. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent. Issey replied to emails within minutes, and was always available at the other end of the phone. Fantastic communication skills-clear, helpful, and utterly charming. I couldn’t recommend Just Property highly enough!

Fantastic team and exceptional service.  Issey, Natasha and the team kept us informed throughout the process and did everything they could to make it as straight forward as possible for the entire chain.  Always happy and positive I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

I was so impressed with all the staff at Just Property. They kept me full informed throughout the whole process of buying a property. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly. They don't just do their job well you actually feel they really care and want to make sure you are happy in the choice you have made.
