Wicked awesome father and son duo running the place and treated me as well as other clientele with fantastic customer service. The company thrives with them conducting business and I will only recommend this place as the “go-to” pawn shop in London. Nothing beats their dedication and service in the industry!! I am pleased to write this review. I have been a customer, on and off, for 5 - 6 years. It is always a great pleasure to deal with them. The staff is very professional, courteous and very fair. I also found them to be very understanding. When I was late on a payment a few times they worked with me. I would highly recommend Dundas Pawn Brokers to anyone. If you don't live in the core it would be well worth your while to travel downtown and do business with them.
Dundas pawn has a laughable at best knowledge of musical/studio equipment. If looking to sell, do not expect an offer remotely resembling anything close to reasonable or fair. You will not get anything for a potential trade in that could justify a transaction with this business. 10$ for a shure sm57, on the grounds "it isn't a 58" is hilarious for all the wrong reasons. It is in my opinion, based upon my own personal experience with Dundas pawn, it would be in your best interest to avoid wasting your time or breath in attempting to conduct any transactions with this buisness. I would recommend any other shop in London over Dundas Pawn. It is a mystery to me in regards to how this buisness functions in the first place, and I wouldn't be in the slightest bit surprised if the answer to that question would be simply by praying on the ill-informed. He was moderately polite though. So I'll toss an extra star for that. It's a very generous 2*
It’s always a pleasure doing business with Wahid at Dundas Pawn Brokers! They have anything you could think of, from instruments to cameras, even retro gameboy cartridges!! If you’re ever in downtown London, you have to stop by!
Had the pleasure of meeting Wahid and Richie today. I walked in around closing town but they still greeted me with a warm welcome. I brought in a couple items looking to sell. They treated me so well and gave me a super generous offer for items! Will definitely come back when I’m in town to sell more of my items here. Customer service

Awesome place. Always helps out when I need to pawn anything and I know I can count on finding anything I need when I want to purchase things like tools, electronics, jewelry and so much more. Super friendly too
