Very unpleasant experience at Satyaa. I was given a pair of earrings as a gift, i ended up loosing one earring, as it meant a lot to me and it was expensive i contacted them to see how they could help. Any decent jewellery shop would replace an earring for you if you lost it, at a price of course. After having been told i had to purchase a new pair for 25% off, I was quite relieved I could get them back. However I was then told that they did not have them in stock and would never do. They didn't even offer to sell me another pair with the same discount. And I only bought them in February. Very very very disappointed. And as i looked into what they sell more, I realised that u can definitely get better value for your money. Stear clear of Satyaa!!!!
