Always have great experiences here. Not only did I find my daughter’s birthday present here but I have purchased several pieces for myself as well. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and the pieces are curated and quite unique. The store caters for all kinds of budgets & the 2 ladies who normally serve me always help to pick the prefect piece. One of my favorite pieces of jewellery , a hammered silver necklace, is from this lovely shop which I have worn almost every day for over 3 years now and there's not a dent or fault about it! Always a pleasure and I stop by every time I find myself in Covent Garden.
I have been using The Fine Gift Company whenever I need to buy a special gift for someone. This is a brilliant place as it has some very unique designs that are high quality and prices are truly affordable. I have bought gifts for quite a few people in the UK and abroad from this company and every single person has been delighted with my choice even though often I haven't got a clue where to start as there is so much variety. The two ladies who normally serve me are extremely friendly and helpful and always help me to choose the right gift and never try to convince me to buy something more expensive over something cheaper. They would rather I left the shop happy and with the right gift. I thank them for being so honest. I would heartily recommend this shop to anyone.
Great place to shop! I had a wonderful experience buying a Christmas gift for a friend. I purchased the item and needed rush delivery to the U.S. Once I placed the order online, one of the managers wrote to me right away and ensured me that the order would go out ASAP and would be trackable. The order arrived sooner than expected. The gift purchased was even better in person, very happy with the craftsmanship and originality of the silver jewellery. A real pleasure to deal with!
Terrible customer service! My mother, sister and I have bought many MANY pieces of jewellery from this shop, my mother is even on her second loyalty card in just over a year and bought me a pair of earrings for my birthday. The earring stem was incredibly thick and took around 10minutes to put in, it was then incredibly sore throughout the day and when taking them out, my ear lobes were swollen. As mentioned, I have many pairs of earrings from this shop and have never had this problem so thought we would pop in and see what they could do. We were extremely disappointed by the response we were given by the extremely patronising lady working that day, she insisted that the problem was with my ears, and when pointed out that it’s never happened with any of their other pairs she just continued to insist it was not a design fault. In fact, she told us to go to Debenhams to have them altered!! We received no help and she seemed to be amused by what we were saying. Extremely disappointed that this company obviously has no efficient customer service in place and their loyalty to customers is nonexistent. After shopping with you for incredibly special occasions I feel all my pieces of jewellery from you are now tarnished by the condescending way we were treated in your store. I will not be buying from you again and will ensure my family and friends do not either. Very upset by this.
I have been a regular customer on my second loyalty card here and was very disappointed with the customer service I received this week. I had purchased a pair of ruby earrings and the same pair in emerald as presents, my daughter found the earring stems were thicker than usual earrings and were very painful to wear, making her ears swell. When we queried this in store, we were turned away and told that her ear lobes must be small. I was disgusted as we have had numerous earrings from the store without this problem. But was not offered an exchange for faulty goods and the lady was most unhelpful and condescending. I will certainly think twice about buying gifts again from the fine gift company.
I happened to pass by this beautiful jewellery boutique whilst I was on my way to a meeting and to my very pleasant surprise, I found most of my gifts for my family and friends all in one place and as Christmas was looming, I was really delighted. The jewellery is stunning and extremely reasonably priced and the two ladies who served me were really great and very helpful. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a last minute gift or a present that is special, unique and with the right price tag.
My wife and I came here to purchase a gift for his mother. I was really worried because she is very particular about gifts in general and didn't want to get it wrong. Well,we were greeted by 2 friendly ladies who helped us choose a beautiful pearl set which I am confident will prove to be a winner! Their stuff is really unique, beautifully made and extremely reasonable. We shall definitely be returning for future purchases and recommend this little shop to all our friends and family.
This boutique shop is one of my favourites of Covent Garden. I love it’s uniqueness and classy style, quite a gem among the high street retail shops. You can see that the jewelleries are designed with great dedication, I have the feeling there is a story behind each of them. I have bought a few gifts from there for myself and friends and I can say wholeheartedly they are the perfect idea for a special gift of great style and at very convenient prices. Staff are also lovely! It’s always a pleasure chatting with them, and they offer spot on advice too!
I am shocked with the last review, I was at the shop at the time. I was trying to buy a piece of jewelry, when the the customer walked in demanding service in an angry and abusive manner.The owner, asked her to wait till she served me, and would the see if they could fix the item. It was such an awful experience I had to leave the shop. If the customer had kicked off like that at the tube station the police would have been called. The customer service at the shop has been akin to a high end store in New Bond Street, friendly and polite. The store is stylish and looks like walking into a classic room at the Royal Opera House and has a dazzling display of unique classic jewelry of pearls, garnets, silver and other beautiful stones. What the customer wrote was nonsense because I bought the same pair a while ago and they are still intact. Perhaps the customer was abusive with the jewelry as she was at the owners.
Terrible customer service. I bought a bracket that had Elephants on it linked by silver. There was one Elephant linked with a very thin strand of siver. The bracelet snapped at this thin part. The owner refused to accept this incoming me I must have bent it and told me to take it to Debenhams to be repaired. I would never buy from.tjid shop again! The owner takes no responsibility for her defective goods.
